Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our platform.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between you (“User”, “you”) and Night Dream Digital (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”), owned/operated by Tabeer Ahmed. By accessing or using https://www.nightdreamdigital.com, creating an account, paying membership fees, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, creating an account, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to visitors, members, affiliates, and customers.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information.
- Only one account per person is allowed.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for false information.
3. Membership
- Membership fee is $5 (PKR equivalent) one-time.
- Membership is lifetime unless terminated for violations.
- Membership fee is non-refundable.
4. Digital Products
We sell streaming-only digital video courses with fixed prices:
- $25 course
- $50 course
- $100 course
- Members cannot change prices or offer discounts.
- Access is given after payment verification.
- Products are for the purchasing account only (non-transferable).
5. Affiliate / Resell Program
- Members get affiliate links for products.
- If a customer buys using your link and payment is verified, you earn 100% commission.
- Commission applies only when the affiliate link is used.
- No self-referrals: you may not buy using your own affiliate link.
- Fraud or manipulation can lead to termination.
6. Earnings Disclaimer
We do not guarantee earnings or income. Your results depend on your effort, marketing, and audience.
7. Payments & Verification (Manual)
- Payments are manual via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- You must upload a clear payment screenshot/proof.
- Admin verifies payments manually and then approves access.
You are responsible for correct payment details, correct amount, and genuine proof. We are not responsible for wrong payments, wrong amounts, or fake screenshots.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable, including membership and product purchases.
9. Content Rules (Streaming Only)
- Videos are for online streaming inside the platform only.
- No downloading, recording, sharing, or re-uploading.
- Violation may lead to account termination without refund.
10. Fraud & Abuse
Fake screenshots, reused transaction IDs, self-referrals, or any misuse may result in immediate account termination and loss of access/earnings, without refund.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses, missed profits, or delays caused by manual verification or third-party payment services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
